The technology associated with this product is great, but the price is extremely overblown. A large chunk of the purchase price has been to keep this direct sales business running at extremely high profit.
Just look at Karcher vacuum. It uses the same technology plus a steamer at half of the Roboclean price.
That's why I stay away from Roboclean.
roboclean is good but among the salesmans is bullshit! Cheating! Pissing everywhere. I like to highlight here, beware to salesman named BARD or Badrul, dont make a deal with this stupit guy! High class cheater! Promise everything but nothing!
Goodday, Sorry to hear that, it's good if you can share more details regarding the Roboclean salesman who do not deliver their promise thru my email at mdsalehmddom@gmail.com so that I can highlight to Roboclean Malaysia to take appropriate ACTION.
Yes, Roboclean Hydrocleaner in Malaysia is overprice but compare to Rainbow Hydrocleaner, it is less RM500 only. You have to make Apple to Apple comparison, don't compare with a VACUUM CLEANER like Karcher or others. It's like 'even u have 10 bicycles not same with 1 car'. Also you will disappointed with maintenance(filter) and it harm to ur kids (can get Asthma and Sinus). There are also lots of imitation producs in market such as Retello and Pro Aqua. So you have to be very careful in choosing your right hydro-cleaner machine.
But among all, Rainbow is the best in terms of quality. But bare in mind, Choose RIGHT salesman to sell to u who is sincere and honest, and you can trust me. Just contact me at 0123612311 to get more info and I will be right in front of your door to assist you making a good choice. Thanks.
TOO EXPENSIVE.. i know they sell the technology and function..and they sell with that price but we know how much is production cost, yes we have to compare apple with apple but when they market it thru direct sales and factor it (the COMMISION) to product then the price CRAZILY EXPENSIVE.
so its WRONG APPROACH... better lower the price and go with volume.
Believe me, if Roboclean stick with that price they JUST STARTED to kill their business.
I rather buy a few appliance like vacuum cleaner and air purifier and other appliance to get same benefit like ROBOCLEAN and its much cheaper.
Maintenance?? they said ROBOCLEAN can last 25years without any additional maintenance coz only use water. Wow! but this the scenario.. i dont bother about 25 years why? technology growing rapidly, 3 or 5 years later there will have other product invented much better than this.. and that time ROBOCLEAN outdated. I rather buy appliances which is far CHEAPER with small maintenance cost and 3 or 5 years later i will buy latest product with latest technology.
Remember. there is no technology will last forever. Spend wisely coz its your money.
Do your math. if you can get a few product cost RM3k its means you save rm5k instead you buy rm8k ROBOCLEAN. save your rm5k to investment like unit trust or ASB, ASW.. and your money will accumulate tremendously. the dividend itself can help you to cover maintenance cost.
i think u stupid people need to just shut up. if u cant afford it dont talk cock for one. and if roboclean is an original product why the hell did u mention rainbow..... and who gives u the right to condemmmmmmmm other products..... by the way its RITELLO learn before u condemm.all products have their selling point and advantages so before u start to condemm a competitor pls do ure homework first . Pls check and see where your product is made (really )not the crap u belive the real truth .
Rainbow is very good but Roboclean is much better!!! Rainbow is 1992-2010 technology, Roboclean is 2011-2020 technology!!!
Rexair and Rainbow started it all its been around since 1936. It is by far the best in the world. Everyone of these other copy cats try to use the Rainbows technology and there is no comparison my friends. The quality and ease of use in the Rainbow is the best in quality. These other people have no clue. If you want the results then get a Rainbow folks.
I am so disappointed with this machine and the company. My wife had sent the machine for a check and it was found that the motor had burnt. Long story short, I was very pissed off when the staff asked my wife to pay for the labor charge RM180. I was thinking like, I bought this so-called "high tech" vacuum with an 18 months installment for about RM701/month and yet the machine had damaged within 10 months' time. What a sorrowful moment I had in my life.
I will never recommend those people out there to buy this overpriced and unsustainable vacuum machine.RM180 is a small amount and affordable but what I really mad about was, the agent said that she did not know there is a labor charge. All the things she said were all the nice promising things about the warranty and whatnot. When it comes to the day that You'd sent the machine for a repair with the thought that the warranty will be taken care of the bill, you discovered that you have to pay something extra after all.
