There is no dustbag in Aura Roboclean. Classical vacuum cleaners carry dustbags either made of textile or paper. The dustbags must have pores for the proper functioning of the machine. Hello from Karachi, Pakistan! We have a machine like this at home, but never knew how to use it,as the person who learnt how to has left our employment and we have lost the user's manual.
The water container is the bottom one or the upper one?

I have been using the Roboclean vacuum cleaner that I bought in Karachi about 8-10 years ago. I was getting regular calls for servicing the machine and I had it serviced 2-3 times. My machine is giving problems and I cannot get in touch with the person in Karachi. Can you please help.
